As a Redeemable Shareholder, you keep the shares you originally purchased in Pamoja Farms Inc. A small recurring contribution keeps your shares in good standing and helps maintain the farm assets behind them.

These terms are entered into between the Shareholder and Pamoja Farms Inc. (Corporation No. 1246535-3), 1049 Sandringham Road, Kawartha Lakes, Ontario K0M 2T0 ("the Company").
The Shareholder retains the shares originally purchased in the Company. Registration on this page does not issue new shares.
The Shareholder agrees to a recurring contribution of $50.00 CAD per month, collected automatically via PayPal. The contribution keeps the Shareholder's shares in good standing and goes toward maintaining those shares and the Company's farm assets. Contributions are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
Holding Redeemable Shares does not require membership in any program or community of the Company.
Redeemable Shares carry no voting rights and no decision-making authority in the governance or operations of the Company, except any rights that cannot be removed under applicable law.
The Company intends to provide Redeemable Shareholders with an annual farm update, an invitation to a shareholder open day, and opportunities to share feedback through optional surveys. Feedback is advisory only and is not binding on the Company.
If the recurring contribution is cancelled or remains unpaid, the Shareholder's account will be marked inactive. The Company may then take action as permitted by its articles and applicable law, including redemption of the shares.
Redeemable Shares may be redeemed by the Company in accordance with its articles of incorporation and applicable law.
Redeemable Shareholders may apply to convert to Value Shares, subject to the terms of the Value Share agreement and Company approval.
Shares may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company's Board of Directors.
The Company may amend these terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued contributions after notice constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The Company recommends that Shareholders obtain independent legal advice before accepting these terms.
